Let me preface this review by stating that I did NOT believe Hollywood Diet Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet Liquid – 32 oz would truly work. You might ask WHY, if I felt that way, would I spend $16.99 + tax on this dilet? The answer is simply that I was very desperate! We are heading to Cancun tomorrow and I have been worrying about a lot of issues in my personal and professional life. The worry resulted in the excess consumption of (re: I was totally pigging out on) junk foods like pizza, nachos, candy, and sugary cereals. When I tried on my swimsuit 4 days before leaving, I could barely pull it on! I completely freaked out and had no idea what to do (and going to buy a bigger swimsuit/Capri pants/shorts just didn’t seem like a viable option).

The Hollywood 48-Hour Miracle Diet itself is simple. The directions were to mix 4 ounces of the juice concentrate with 4 ounces of water and sip for the next four hours, then repeat three more times. You do that for two days. It also said to drink at least 8 glasses of water in addition to the juice a day. Last but not least it said to avoid coffee, tobacco and alcohol.

I followed the program to the letter and as of this morning (Thursday), I have to admit that I am very happy with the results of this Miracle Diet. I become amazed at what I am reading in the scales. I step off and wait a few seconds then proceed to step back on and I smile from ear to ear. Woohoo I did, I lost nearly 10 pounds without any strain on me. If you have ever tried to lose weight and when you see the amount that you have lost on the scales then you know where I am coming from when you know how excited I am!

Hollywood Diet Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet Liquid – 32 oz is totally safe. I have not had any side effects. I didn’t experience any cramps, bloating, or diarrhea. I did have a few mild cases of my stomach growling, but it was easy to ignore. I highly recommend it to my friends and family members. I have never seen anything bad about the product either.

I know you may have read through the opinions on this product, you’ll notice that the majority of the negative feedback comes from individuals who either haven’t used the product or who used it incorrectly. I was the worst skeptic in regards to this product and have been happily proved wrong.
