My name is Helen Lewis. First,i want to say that i am glad i can have the opportunity to write my story about Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet. Thanks, Yotrendz.com for giving me this opportunity.
First, I have to say that I was the biggest skeptic when this product came out years ago. My husband and I would make fun of the “actors” on the television giving their testimonies. Well…10 or so years later, desperate for help I gave this product a try. For 2 months I have been eating well, exercising, doing all the “right things” to lose weight. The scale would not budge and my clothes were not getting any looser.
We had a big swim party we were suppose to go to on a Saturday. That was 3 short days away. I tried on bathing suits and it was not pleasant- it was so depressing! I decided right then and there I needed a quick fix. I headed to Walmart and walked down the diet aisle looking for anything that would produce dramatic results quickly- There it was, the 48 hour diet that I had made fun of. I grabbed it off the shelf and thought OMG, I cannot believe I am doing this.
I started the diet the next morning. The first day was not hard at all and I did not have any diarrhea. I did urinate a lot. The second day, I was more hungry and by night time I really wanted to eat. I didn’t. However, I did cheat a little by having black coffee both days (love my coffee). I was a bit light headed at times, but it was not too bad. Overall, I felt great while doing this diet.
Saturday morning came. I was 5 pounds lighter!! My middle section looked thinner than it had in years. I was exceptionally happy with this product. I looked good in my suit. My husband did not say much, but he never does. The important thing was, I felt great!
I went to the party and got compliments on my figure. I went from 134 to 129, those 5 pounds were very noticeable. Now, one week later, I am still 3 pounds lighter (131). I will take it. I knew the whole weight lose would not last, but to have a permanent few pounds gone is awesome. I would do this again, if there was a big event I needed to slim down for. This product did exactly what I wanted it to do.
